This website is operated by Vantelloa. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Vantelloa.
By visiting vantelloa.com, purchasing a product or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage the website or interfere with its operation.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Errors in customer or delivery information
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other fees will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment providers. Vantelloa does not directly store complete payment card information.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact support@vantelloa.com before returning a product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party providers for payments, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing and customer support.
These providers may process information as necessary to perform their services. Their use of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content that are not controlled by Vantelloa.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Vantelloa name, website design, written content, graphics, logos, photographs and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
9. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:
